Arguably the best rock and roll record ever made, Exile on Main Street by the Stones is 52 years old today….released on May 12th 1972…..just been playing it in the Studio on repeat.

RI2024 Private View

As always the RI President is supported by the team at the Mall Galleries at the Private View, which was a great success this year. Thanks to Alistair and the team, RI Council and Members and of course our opening speaker, Jon Snow.

Many thanks to the team of technicians at the Mall Galleries and the rest of the Hanging team, including of course the Members of the RI Council for all their help in putting together this year’s 212th Annual Exhibition of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours.
